1, Process

Wet paste, glue paste and dry hanging, 1cm thickness with wet paste or glue paste installation.

2、Construction

① Wet paste

Old and new walls of the external wall, need to use interface agent or mortar leveling and polishing, and do a good job of anti-alkali primer. The old wall needs to be weathered serious wall shoveling repair, tile leveling with interfacial agent, lightweight bricks on the interior wall or the old wall with the same treatment as the exterior wall. The use of tile adhesive or mastic directly on the wall wet paste, decorative panels on the back of the wall with a thin connecting piece can be fixed on the wall.

② Glue paste:

Internal wall carpentry board base or calcium silicate board base using nail-free adhesive or universal adhesive directly pasted, if there is a localized hollow drum or warping, in this part of the stainless steel row of nails fixed.

③ Dry hanging:

Precast concrete panels on the front of the two sides or the back of the groove (lucite machine cutting), connecting galvanized pegs, with AB adhesive filling and sticking, T-type galvanized pegs connected to the steel keel, the seam between the plate and the plate with a water-stopping strip and structural adhesive filler, panels not less than six pegs per square point.
