How to see through concrete

One of the many uses of it is to build bridges, roads and houses being the most common. On face value it might seem fully robust and unshakable, but in fact there are ways to look through it. Here we will know you can see the concrete and some tricks, methods that might be assisting you in doing so. With a little bit of help from the Eco-Arch see through concrete, you will soon find out what wonders are hiding below the hard grey surface of concrete.

One of the characteristics of concrete is that you have to know how it is made in order to see into it, or read all the things written in these walls. Concrete consists of Water, Cement, and Aggregates | Aggregates may include sand or gravel. This dried out batch is then filled and put into molds where it dries, sets & eventually gets hardened and solid. Nevertheless, there are different methods to get underneath this concrete. This special tool is called ground-penetrating radar (GPR) and effectively used for this purpose. This sends vibration into the concrete and listens for echoes to return. We can locate the concealed pipes, wires and buried objects present inside the concrete. This echo interpretation is made by us.

Tips for Seeing Below the Surface

One other useful method to see through the concrete to make it underground is with an IR (infrared) camera. This camera is built to identify different temperatures of the concrete. A thermal camera like this makes clear where heat is escaping from the surface which can represent things like uninsulated points and needed repairs. You can also use x-rays to see through concrete. With this the X- rays are able to go through the concrete and display what type of reinforcements we actually have in there-so if there was some kind of crack or any other issue inside the material, it hidden but no more.
